Personally, the most anticipated product was the low-end and basic iPad, not the aforementioned iPad Pro series. The new iPad, which will be released this time, is the 10th generation of the iPad, and it is true that they expected a lot because they said that there will be changes in design and various aspects compared to the previous 9th generation model. I also thought about buying it after seeing it come out.

First of all, it is true that there are many changes. Compared to the existing 9th generation of iPad, there have been many changes in design, performance, and accessibility. The biggest change is the change in design, and as I wrote in the title, it has been changed to a design reminiscent of the fourth generation of iPad Air.

Instead of home buttons that disappeared in the angular design of the fourth generation of iPad Air, the design changed to a design similar to the fourth generation of iPad Air, such as the disappearance of TouchID integrated power buttons and lightening ports and starting to support USB-C type ports.

The display is also 10.2 inches to 10.9 inches, the same as the fourth generation of iPad Air. There is also one rear camera, but it supports 12 million pixels, and the front camera also provides 12 million pixels due to the center stage function.

Above all, it is welcome to abandon the Lightning port and change to a USB-C type port. Now, you can think that there are no more lightening ports in the iPad series by eliminating the lightening ports even in the basic iPad model. It is clear that USB-C port support will definitely increase scalability.

The CPU is equipped with the A14 Bionic chipset. Since the fourth generation of iPad Air also used the same chipset, it would be reliable to say that the fourth generation of iPad Air has just changed its name to the 10th generation of iPad Air.

But there is one strange thing. It is nothing less than Apple Panels, but the fourth generation of iPad Air supports the second generation of Apple Panels. However, the 10th generation of the iPad, which was unveiled this time, supports the 1st generation of Apple Panels.

The problem is that the charging port of the 10th generation of the iPad has been changed from Lightning to USB-C, so there is no way to charge the Apple fanbase pairing. Therefore, Apple puts USB-C adapter for the first generation of Apple Panels in the 10th generation of iPad. In other words, in order to pair or charge the Apple Pencel in the 10th generation of the iPad, you must carry an adapter together.

How nice would it be if the 10th generation of the iPad could support the 2nd generation of the Apple Pansel? How much stock do we have left for the first generation of Apple Panels to keep using the first generation of Apple Panels? Do you want to split the iPad Air series and the iPad basic series so badly?

In addition, it cannot be charged without a USB-C adapter. If you just support the Lightning port for the 10th generation of the iPad, you can charge the Apple Pansel like the traditional method. If it supports the second generation, it would have been attached to top and charged like the fourth generation of iPad Air. However, he made himself a situation that was not easy to do.

For your information, the first generation USB-C adapter for Apple Panthl comes with 10 generations of iPads, but you have to pay 12,000 won to buy it separately at the Apple Store. And when you buy 10th generation iPad, you have to purchase 1st generation of Apple Panels together to get an adapter for free. In other words, if purchased separately, the adapter may also have to be purchased separately.

The price is also a headache. The iPad’s 10th generation basic model (WiFi, 64GB model) starts at 679,000 won. The basic iPad model has 64GB and 256GB models, and there is also a cellular model, which costs 1,159,000 won if you purchase a 256GB cellular model. It’s almost the price of an iPad pro (although it’s the previous generation).

Of course, the design has changed, the CPU has been upgraded to the A14 Bionic, and USB-C has started to be supported, but compared to the previous 9th generation’s 449,000 won (now 499,000 won), the price has increased by 230,000 won, which is a burden. In addition, Apple Pansel supports the first generation, not the second generation

Therefore, as I wrote in the subheading, I have nothing to say even when I heard that it is a fake version of the fourth generation of iPad Air. Since Apple cannot make the educational and low-end iPad series comparable to the iPad Air series, it seems that it is necessary to divide it anywhere, and USB-C port support seems to have attempted to divide it quickly through the mission of the era (?) or Apple fan club support.

That’s why I think I brought this particular model, which I have to carry a separate charging adapter with me, and if I forget, I have to pay 12,000 won to buy it separately (although it is included in the 10th generation iPad).

For reference, there is no laminating treatment and no anti-reflection coating. In other words, it is not only a quick division through Apple’s fan club support.

Clearly, the performance of the 10th generation iPad model will not lag behind the flagship models of Android tablets at all. This is because the A14 Bionic chipset is a chipset installed in the iPhone 12 series, and it is clear that it is a top tier mobile chipset even now. In addition, the USB-C port is supported to provide more scalability. Front and rear camera specifications are not bad either.

However, the iPad’s 10th generation seems to have become a really annoying tablet due to the strange and troubling situation, such as the small capacity of 64GB at around 680,000 won and the inconvenience of having to carry a separate adapter at the same time as supporting the first generation of Apple Pansel.

If you don’t use the Apple Pansel, it’s clear that it’s a product that you can buy and try. However, as the iPad has now become a killer function through Apple Panels, Apple Panels are almost a prerequisite. Under such conditions, I thought that the 10th generation of the iPad, which was released this time, may have been sacrificed by Apple’s strange rapid sharing in many ways.

For your information, the 10th generation of the iPad, which came out this time, comes in four colors: blue, pink, silver, and yellow, and supports the Magic Keyboard Folio, and I think maybe the Magic Keyboard for the iPad is also supported.

Although the sale date has not yet been released in Korea, it will start selling on October 26 in the U.S. like the new iPad Pro series, and we expect it to come out together when the iPad Pro comes out in Korea.
